Over a decade waking up Central Illinois and not a sip of coffee. Can you believe it?

After a brief stint working for UPS while studying radio in college (yeah, right), I got the call and began my morning show career. I never looked good in brown, anyway.

I have lived here in the Twin Cities since the early nineties. I think that qualifies me as a townie, right? My wife, Melissa, and I were married on October 7th, 2000. We have two absolutely beautiful girls, Raegan and Mackenzie. Two children born of the same parents have never been more different. Raegan is the sweetest thing you will ever meet. Don't cross Mackenzie. Trust me, she'll make you pay. But, she'll look so darn cute while she's making you pay.

So, here's the typical Q & A...

Hometown: Momence, Illinois. Never heard of it? That's OK. Most people who have lived there have tried to forget it.

Favorite TV show of all time: Everybody Loves Raymond - I can relate to every character on the show. My mom IS Marie Barone. Just ask my wife!

Favorite TV show today: It's a tight race between Modern Family and The Office. How can you not love Dwight Schrute?

Favorite song: Every Breath You Take by The Police - It is perfection.

Favorite band/artist: I'm cheating here. Too many faves to name just one. I love U2, The Police, REM, Springsteen, Journey, Billy Joel, Elton John, Elvis, Chicago, REO Speedwagon, and sooooo many more. I'm a closet Bee Gees fan, but if I had only one band to listen to for the rest of my life it would be Def Leppard. Hey, what do you expect from a child of the 80's!

First concert: Vanilla Ice opened for MC Hammer in Champaign in 1990. You heard me. You can't touch this.

Best concert: Def Leppard in Rosemont during their Hysteria tour. From what I remember, it was awesome!
